Recommend warm clothing. Viewing areas will be on grass so appropriate footwear recommended.
No entry without a WRISTBAND or a PRINTED TICKET - these will be checked on entry.
No refunds unless the event cancelled.
The following are not permitted within the venue:
- Animals (with the exception of guide/hearing dogs)
- Laser pens
- Sparklers or personal fireworks
- Your own alcohol or glass containers
- Any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives)
- Illegal substances
- Personal tents, gazebos or similar shelters
The management for the event and/or the venue reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the management team of the event and/or the venue, may cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience or the event or is one of the items not permitted in the venue as listed above. The management for the event and/or the venue also reserves the right to remove individuals who, on request, fail to show a valid wristband or printed ticket. All entry access points will be marshalled to mitigate unauthorised access.
The management team for the event and/or the venue also reserves the right to request that ticket holders leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right.
By way of example, the venue may remove a ticket holder who:
- Has behaved in the venue in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of management team for the event and/or the venue has, or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors; or
- Uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; or
- In the reasonable opinion of the management team for the event and/or the venue is acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
You must comply with instructions and directions given by the management team for the event and/or the venue staff and stewards.
No refunds will be given to ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behaviour as suggested in, but not limited to, the examples above.
Ticket holders shall not bring into the venue or display or distribute (whether for free or not) at the event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing material.
No products of any sort may be sold or distributed without written approval from the event organisers.
Should in the unlikely event that the event should be cancelled all notifications will be made on social media and on the Ickleford Fireworks website - www.icklefordfireworks.co.uk
